If you're missing one or more teeth, dental implants are widely regarded as the most reliable, longest-lasting and most natural-looking way to replace them. Unlike a denture or a traditional bridge, an implant replaces the tooth root as well as the visible crown, protecting your jawbone, preserving your facial structure, and giving you a result you can eat, smile and laugh with as confidently as your own natural teeth.
For our Wimbledon Village patients, busy professionals, parents juggling school runs, retirees enjoying the Common, that means a solution that just gets on with the job. No clicking dentures over Saturday brunch on the High Street. No worrying mid-conversation at a Wimbledon Village Club dinner. Just teeth that work.
Wimbledon sits in one of the hardest-water areas of south-west London. The high mineral content in our tap water accelerates plaque mineralisation around teeth and implants alike, which is why our patients benefit from a slightly more proactive hygiene routine than guidance written for softer-water regions. We build that into every implant plan from day one, and our in-house hygienists know exactly what to look for.
Whether you're missing a single tooth or a full arch, there's an implant solution to suit. All assessments include a 3D CBCT scan for precise planning.
Replaces a single missing tooth with a custom titanium implant and porcelain crown, without ever touching the neighbouring healthy teeth (which a traditional bridge would).
An implant-supported bridge, typically 2 implants supporting 3 or more crowns, is a fixed, permanent solution for several missing teeth side by side.
A complete arch of fixed teeth supported by just four strategically placed implants, often in a single day. Life-changing for patients tired of failing teeth or unstable dentures.
A snap-on denture anchored to 2–4 implants per arch. Keeps the simplicity and lower cost of a denture, but with rock-solid stability, no slipping, no adhesives.
Where the jawbone has shrunk after long-term tooth loss, we can rebuild it before placing implants. A sinus lift creates space in the upper jaw for upper-back implants.
If you have an older or failing implant placed elsewhere, we can assess it, repair the restoration, or plan a full replacement using modern techniques and materials.

We map your implant in 3e, agree the plan with you, arrange finance if needed, and schedule placement.
Under local anaesthetic, the implant post is placed precisely. Often takes 60–90 minutes per implant.
The implant fuses with your jawbone (osseointegration). A temporary tooth is fitted where needed.
Your custom-made permanent crown, bridge or denture is fitted. Smile, eat and live as normal.
A practice built for the people of SW19, professionals, families and locals who expect dentistry done properly.
From Wimbledon Village to Raynes Park and Southfields, we look after the smiles of busy professionals, school-run parents and active retirees, many of whom found us after years of being passed from clinic to clinic. Our promise is simple: one dedicated implant team, one fixed quote, one beautifully restored smile.
A few honest reasons why patients across SW19 keep choosing implants over the alternatives.
Wimbledon is full of people whose jobs depend on confident communication, lawyers commuting from the eistrict line, consultants in the City, presenters and creatives across south-west London. Implants restore the one thing dentures can never quite deliver: the unconscious confidence to speak, laugh and present without thinking about your teeth. No clicks, no slips, no second-guessing.
From running on Wimbledon Common to tennis on the local club courts and cycling routes through Richmond Park, our patients lead full, active lives. Implants are the only tooth replacement built into the bone itself, meaning no movement during exercise, no removal before swimming, and no risk of a denture going flying mid-rally.
Wimbledon Village restaurants. Sunday roasts at one of the gastropubs. Strawberries and Pimm's during The Championships. Coffee on the High Street with friends. These are the everyday moments missing teeth quietly steal from people. Implants give them back, you can bite into anything, taste everything (denture wearers often can't), and never worry about what's on the menu.
Wimbledon's strength is its mix of cultures and languages, and our implant clinic reflects that. er Jordao speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, and our wider team covers 12+ languages including Bengali, Arabic, Lithuanian and more, so complex treatment plans can be explained in the language you're most comfortable with.
Honest answers to the questions Wimbledon patients ask us most often.
A single implant post starts from £2,000, with the implant crown from £1,100, so a complete single-tooth replacement typically starts around £3,100. Full-arch All-on-4 starts from £16,000 per arch. All costs are confirmed in writing at your free assessment, and 0% finance is available over 6 to 60 months.
The procedure itself is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn't feel any pain. Most patients report only mild discomfort for a few days afterwards, comparable to a tooth extraction, easily managed with over-the-counter pain relief. We also offer sedation options for nervous patients.
With good hygiene and regular check-ups, implants can last 20 years or more, often a lifetime. Wimbledon's hard water means we particularly recommend twice-yearly hygienist visits to manage mineral build-up around both implants and natural teeth.
Often, yes. Modern bone grafting and sinus-lift techniques mean we can rebuild lost bone before (or sometimes during) implant placement. Your 3D CBCT scan tells us exactly what's needed, many patients who were told "no" elsewhere find a clear path forward with us.
Most cases take 3–6 months from placement to the final crown, allowing the implant to fully integrate with your jawbone. For straightforward cases we may fit a same-day temporary tooth, so you're never walking around with a visible gap during healing.
Absolutely. We welcome patients from across south-west London including South Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Merton, Southfields, Colliers Wood and Morden, and beyond. We're a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon station.
For most patients, yes. Implants don't damage neighbouring teeth (a bridge does), don't come loose (dentures can), and protect the jawbone from shrinking over time (neither bridges nor dentures do). They typically cost more upfront, but last far longer, often making them the best long-term value.
